Off topic just a bit....I was at a local farmers' market for the first time today...and there was a man selling balut! He had like four different types. I had no idea there were different types.
MaryRuth - - I'm intrigued. I ahd no idea there were four different kinds of balut either!
After all, isn't a duck fetus just a duck fetus?
