John McCain's wife, Cindy, would make a scary First Lady.
The woman certainly looks like she's had a few facial enhancements.
See that smile? It's probably causing her ankles to cross.

Yeah, I have a theory that the reason you hardly ever hear her speak is because she's so tightly pulled back her mouth won't actually open more than the little bit needed to insert a straw for her daily protein shake.
