I don't think anything epitomizes the cuisine of Texas quite as much as Frito Pie.
Here's what you do:
Take a bag of Fritos Corn Chips
Dump them into a bowl
Cover with chili con carne
Top with cheddar cheese.
Don't EVEN ask what the sodium content is.
